Welcome Week

We are excited to welcome you back to campus!

Looking over the Welcome Week Schedule in advance is a great way to feel prepared and to get excited about everything waiting for you when you arrive.

Returning Student Registration
Thursday, August 20

Registration

2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Nettleton

Returning Students, during the registration process, you will receive your keys, room assignment, and schedules. We will also make sure that all of your forms are completed and verify that your information is correct to ensure a smooth transition to classes!

Free Time

After Registration in Student Housing

Once you are finished checking in, you can move into your room! Your corresponding RAs and Deepen Group Leaders will be at your residence hall or apartment to answer questions and help with your move-in process.

Be sure to make it to the All-School Assembly at 8:00 p.m.

Dinner

6:15 to 7:00 p.m. in Benson Hall

Please follow this dinner schedule to avoid an overcrowded dining room.

Welcome
Week Kickoff

8:00-9:00 p.m.

Kick off the new year together! This fun, new welcome event brings new and returning students together for the first time as a full campus community. Join us for singing, admissions giveaways, and more as we celebrate the start of a new school year!

Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Full Week Schedule

Please Note: Our registration times during Welcome Week are specifically designed to help students have a smooth transition to college and campus life. Students cannot move into their rooms unless they have completed or received items (given at registration) to allow them into their rooms. Therefore, we cannot allow students to check-in to their rooms early.
